Cancellation Policy
All sales on our services are final. You may refund your order before we process it only, but not after work begins. We are providing a service and all sales on our service are final except what has previously been stated. Each website optimization campaign has a proposal, even if you choose one of our packaged plans. The proposal contains the exact scope of work, timeline, budget, and terms of payment. Delays on the client side will not effect the date payments are due or duration of contract. If delays are the fault of Webtyde Internet Marketing, we will gladly make accommodations.
We do not give refunds after work begins because we are spending money and providing a paid service that takes time, effort and investment on our part.
To ask for a refund you may contact your sales representative or call us at 1-888-516-4168 and make a request. We will review your account and see that it meets the terms listed in the above cancellation policy.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only possible when the criteria for the cancellation policy is met and an initial payment was placed. If you choose to cancel the contract for a refund, it must be done before any work begins. The proposal will detail how quickly work begins after the contract is signed, but it is usually within five working days. Funds will be returned to the client within 10 working days of refund request if client is eligible.
Privacy Policy
Webtyde Internet Marketing, LLC, nor any of our partners, will never sell or give away any sensitive data about our clients without their explicit written permission. Credit card information, logins, passwords, email addresses, phone numbers, other company information, campaign goals, and any other personal information is kept private and secure.
Guarantee
Webtyde Internet Marketing, LLC guarantees we will fulfill the proposed work detailed in the initial proposal and any requested work after that. Although we have had a 95% success rate with our clients ranking on the first pages of all major search engines, we cannot guarantee any rankings. If our recommendations are followed, your website has a very high chance of becoming visible per the guidelines stated by the top three major search engines.
